Refund policy

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns from UK customers are free: we will provide a prepaid return label or another return method at no charge. There is no restocking fee. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Start a return

Email info@wellnesshoma.co.uk, use our contact form, or call us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the items you wish to return and a way for us to identify your order. We will send return instructions and the free return method. Please wait for those instructions; the return address is listed below.

Condition of returned goods

Please return the item with its supplied accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect it as you would in a shop. We may assess a reduction in value only if you handled the goods beyond what was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue; photos can help us investigate. We will arrange an appropriate remedy under applicable law, including a repair, replacement or refund when required, and will not charge you return postage for an eligible return.

Cancellations, refunds and exchanges

UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply independently of our 30-day returns window. If you cancel within the applicable statutory period, you may have further time to send the goods back. Contact us to arrange the free return method. We will issue an eligible refund to the original payment method no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the funds. Any original standard delivery cost will be refunded where required by law.

For an exchange, contact us first; availability is not guaranteed. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from change-of-mind returns under applicable law, but not from your rights where they are faulty or misdescribed.
