We aim to display products, prices, colours, descriptions and availability accurately. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Product availability can change without notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. We will send an order confirmation after you place an order; this does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

We may need to cancel or decline an order where there is a genuine pricing, stock, payment, address or security issue. If we do so after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices and payment

All prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the selected order. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before you complete payment. Standard UK delivery is free on all orders. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.

6. Delivery

Our handling estimate is 1–3 days and transit is estimated at 7–12 days, giving a combined estimate of 8–15 days. Please see our Shipping Policy. Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if you need to report a delivery issue.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our 30-day free returns process is described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have mandatory rights under the law of the country in which they live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
